Today’s review is going to be the Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer. I have extremely oily, acne prone and sensitive skin that gets easily clogged. I saw this on the Ulta website and decided to give it a go because who doesn’t want poreless porcelain looking skin. So how did the Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer fare out for me?

What The Company Claims?
Let’s face it. Pores filled with dirt & oil can magnify their appearance, making them look larger and more noticeable. Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer activates with water to draw out deep-down impurities and remove dirt & oil. This unique formula, with natural micro-crystals, smoothes skin and leaves pores visibly smaller. See results in just one use! With natural charcoal, known for its ability to draw out and trap deep-down impurities, it gently exfoliates & deep cleans to instantly reduce the appearance of pores.
How To Use:
Wet hands and face with warm water. Dispense 1 pump into hands and work into a rich lather. Massage gently over face. Immediately rinse thoroughly with warm water. For optimal results, use up to 2-3 times per week.
Precautions: For external use only. Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to broken skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.

How Did The Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer Work For Me?
The Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer comes in a tall transparent plastic packaging with a squeeze pump and a pop lock on lid. The packaging is sleek, sturdy and absolutely travel friendly and the unique pump on this one makes it very easy to take out the same amount of product every time. The Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer is not so thick but kinda gooey in consistency.
The best way to apply the Bioré Charcoal Pore Minimizer is to dispense it onto the palm of my hands after wetting it then lather it up a little before applying it to my face. The water activates the charcoal in the formula and it draws out the impurities from the skin and leaves it squeaky clean once washed off. While it does help in controlling the oil secretion, it doesn’t minimize the pores as advertised so there isn’t any difference between this one and any other cleanser with activated charcoal. For a ultra sensitive skin like mine, I would recommend avoiding this product as it stings and burns the skin when it is applied. Another general drawback is that the Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer doesn’t minimize the pores as advertised.
