Today’s review is going to be on the MAC Angel Lipstick. I was always skeptical about trying pale pink lipsticks as I thought it won’t suit my warm toned medium skin tone. But on a shopping trip to the MAC store, the SA suggested I try this one out and when I did, I immediately liked how this one looked on me. Read on to find out more about the MAC Angel Lipstick.

How Did MAC Angel Lipstick Work For Me?

The MAC Angel Lipstick as with all standard MAC lipsticks, comes in the regular sleek black silver bullet packaging that is sturdy and also very travel friendly. The MAC Angel is a pale pink color and has a frost finish but the frost is not that prominent in this shade and has the signature subtle vanilla fragrance that can be found in all MAC lipsticks. All the MAC lipsticks have a good weight to them so it is easy to identify fake ones from the real ones.

Also the cap clicks shut so it is simple to carry them in the purse for touch ups. The application is very easy with the Angel lipstick, the texture is creamy and it applies sheer. So if you have pigmented lips I would suggest you to fill in the lips with a matching lip liner before applying the lipstick for a more opaque color payoff. Also if you are quite unsure about this shade make sure you try it in the store before buying. One downside I noticed is that the shade doesn’t look the same when hand swatched or when applied on the lips.

The MAC Angel Lipstick is pretty comfortable on the lips and will last for around 4 to 5 hours before it wears off evenly. This shade is more of a MLBB shade and will suit light to medium skin tones especially for those with pink undertones in their skin. Being a pale pink shade, MAC Angel will wash out medium plus to dark skin tones. The best MAC Angel lipstick dupe is Wet N Wild Think Pink lipstick which costs only $1.99. The MAC Angel Lipstick is perfect for everyday use as you can wear this to work or even school and you could also pair it with smokey eyes to make it stand out. If you think MAC Angel will not suit you then I would suggest you try other MLBB lipsticks from MAC, like MAC Twig, MAC Brave and MAC Faux lipsticks.
