Today’s review is going to be on the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara . I love hoarding mascaras because a good mascara adds so much drama with very less efforts. I coat my lashes with mascara no matter if I am doing an easy makeup or to run errands. I love big, bold lashes even if I am not wearing any other makeup. I was searching for a new mascara and got this so without any further ramblings let’s get into the review of the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara shall we?

How Did Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara Work For Me?

False Lash Effect Mascara Review

The Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara comes in a fat matte black packaging and by fat, I mean it exactly resembles the Covergirl Full Lash Bloom or the Lashblast Volume Mascara. The packaging is quite boring and chunky and it looks worn out. Being almost close to the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara which retails for $22 and the Max Factor one retails for $19.95 they need to seriously step up their packaging game. Coming to the wand, it is again chunky and there are barely any bristles on it (like WTF? ). I have tried a lot of mascaras before and I find this has one weird wand because of the chunky wand and the scanty bristles the mascara is super hard to apply on the lashes. I have fairly decent set of lashes to begin with but it is impossible to get near the roots of the lashes and I have poked my eyes in the process of coating the lashes.

The formula of the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara is similar to the Covergirl mascaras I mentioned earlier but this stupid wand ruins it all. If you finally get to coat your lashes decently with this mascara then they will look natural and soft perfect for everyday if that’s what you prefer but I am someone who like super dramatic lashes so I am not a fan of these. Also this mascara is long wearing it doesn’t smudge or flake which is good. It is also safe to be worn by lens wearers and it doesn’t irritate the eyes. Overall if you like natural looking mascara give this one a shot or you can skip these and try the Covergirl ones instead which are also easy on the pockets.

Pavithra I too love dramatic eyelashes.I have been loving the Givenchy mascara as it guves my lashes a lot of volume and length. This one will be great for everyday purposes instead.

I like only dramatic mascaras so I didn’t enjoy this quite as much.
