Hello lovelies! Hope you had an amazing week! I cannot wait for the week to end because I’ll be in Yercaud the weekend. I took a break to brainstorm new ideas and looks for MakeUp Martini but I was still active on Instagram incase you’re not following me there you definitely should. I post a lot of makeup looks and other random pieces of my life there. Enough of my ramblings coming back to this look. I was inspired to style this super sexy lace bralet that I got from La Senza and I built an outfit around it. I’m so glad how it turned out it’s perfect for outdoor concerts or even beach parties. So without any further ado, let’s get into how I styled this Monochrome With A Pop Of Red look!

OUTFIT DETAILS-

For this look, I first started with this stunning White Black Lace Bralet that had the perfect amount of oomph and edge to it. I used nipple pasties to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions. Duh! For bottoms, I opted for a simple pair of High Waisted Self Tie Black Palazzos which not only elongates the legs but also provides structure to the outfit with the ruffles and self tie belt. For shoes, I went with a beautiful pair of Black Block Heels which is super comfortable to wear all day without killing your feet. Coming to the accessories, I went with a super pretty Checkered Black & White Headband with pops of Red that is what this look is all about. A pair of Statement Silver Hoop Earrings, a simple Silver Cuff Bracelet and a mix of simple Silver Midi Rings.

Makeup Breakdown

For makeup, to start off I first applied a moisturizer on my skin so the concealer and other base products would go on smoothly. After that I went onto apply a thin layer of sunscreen to protect my skin from the harmful UV rays from the outdoor shoot. Once that was set I applied a concealer under the eyes and other blemishes and set my whole face with a loose setting powder and some face powder. I also lightly highlighted and contoured my skin to sculpt and add back some dimension. I dusted a luminous pink coral blush on the cheeks for that healthy flush. For the eyebrows, I went in with an eyebrow powder to lightly fill them in. For the eyes, I did a subtle wash of color on the eyes, added a couple of coats of mascara. For the lips, I applied a stunning classic red lipstick which tied the whole look together.
