Hello, there my lovelies! I’ve been MIA yet again because I fell sick, and I couldn’t shoot any new looks to post here since I have exhausted the ones I previously shot. I had done a few casual looks before this, so I thought, why not do another work/office look though I’m not sure how many would be willing to wear this at work or if their company allows anyone to wear such a daring work outfit. I got this stunning dark blackish-navy lace bodysuit months back when I splurged on some amazing lingerie but never got around to styling it, so I wanted to incorporate this piece in the look. Without any further ado, let’s get into how I styled this Monochrome Work Chic!

OUTFIT DETAILS-

I first started with my key piece, which is a Black-Navy Lace Bodysuit. It has a pretty deep neck with a push up bodice gives terrific support for the boobs, which I love. I wore it with a Black Single Breasted Blazer, which makes this look stunning. I paired this with a pair of Black Paper-bag Pants, which is high waisted so it showed just the right amount of skin. For shoes, I went with my favorite pair of Black Court Shoes, which added structure to the look. For accessories, I opted for a couple of Moschino Logo Earrings, Gold Pave Rings, a Link Necklace, a stunning Over-sized Watch, and a mini Black Bag with Gold Hardware.

MAKEUP & HAIR DETAILS-

Makeup Breakdown

For makeup, to start, I first applied a serum and moisturizer on my skin so the base products would go on smoothly. After 10 minutes or so, I went onto apply a thin layer of sunscreen to protect my skin from the harmful UV rays of being outdoors. Once that was set, I used a little bit of concealer to cover any imperfections and set it lightly with some loose powder leaving the rest of the face bare. I contoured my face, forehead, and jaw to sculpt and add back some dimension. I applied a matte dusty rose blush for a flush on the cheeks. For the eyebrows, I went in with eyebrow powder and lightly filled them in to frame my face better. For the eyes, I did a soft brown look. I then used mascara to bring my lashes back to life and to make my eyes look awake. I also added a pair of faux mink lashes for added drama. I set my entire face with a long-lasting setting spray because the humidity could start melting my light makeup. For the lips, I first applied a metallic rust shade lip liner then fill the lips with a medium-light nude lipstick to pull the look together.
