Hello there! How was your week so far? I hope you had a productive one and I literally cannot wait for this weekend to get over yes because I’m working during the weekends too! I am here with yet another Royal Ethnic Look for you all! I wanted to do style a sequin skirt of sorts and found this immaculate lehenga from Nazia Syed, a fashion designer based in Chennai and to accessorize it, Rimli Boutique, T.Nagar had a great collection of jewelry that we could choose from. Without any further ado, let’s get into the post!

For this outfit, I wore a regal heavily worked lehenga-choli set. The pink princess cut blouse is done with the pure intricacy of aari, sequin and bead work. The antique gold sequin lehenga skirt is every girl’s dream it is embellished with velvet accents. The net dupatta is embellished with velvet accents and the scalloped borders have both sequin and zardosi work. For jewelry, I toned it down a little bit this time I opted for a multilayered kundan necklace with matching earrings and a complimentary bangle. This particular set from Rimli Boutique was handmade kundan with meenakari work adorned with semi precious stones. For shoes, I went with bedazzled bronzy gold peep toe pumps which tied this whole look.

MAKEUP & HAIR DETAILS-
For makeup, to start off I moisturized my skin so the concealer or other base products doesn’t look cakey. I skipped my foundation, applied a mattifying primer and started concealing under the eyes and other blemishes using a concealer and set my whole face with a powder foundation for medium coverage. I lightly contoured my skin for some dimension and applied a luminous rose blush onto the cheeks to add some color back to the skin. For my eyebrows, I used an eyebrow pencil to lightly fill them in. For the eyes, I applied a black kohl on the waterline, added a couple of coats of mascara and a natural pair of lashes. For the lips, I opted for a juicy berry lip color. This look is perfect for bridesmaids for weddings or even brides if they want to sport a modern bridal look.
