Today’s review is going to be the Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen. While traditional eye liners are available plentiful, the felt tip ones are hard to come by especially good ones. I already had a couple of felt tip eye pens like Maybelline Hypersharp Liner and Maybelline The Colossal Liner but I wanted to try out a new one so I bought this one. So how is the Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen? Read on to find out!

What the company claims

Our ColorStay™ Liquid Eye Pen is easier to apply than traditional liquid liners. With a felt tip, it creates precise lines from soft to dramatic. The best part? A beautiful look with no mess.

How Did Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen Work For Me?

The Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen comes in a sleek black packaging with a felt tip applicator. This combo makes it very travel friendly and easy to use. The Eye Pen comes in 3 different shades and I got the Blackest Black shade. The product has a jet black pigmentation but application is a hassle. Usually felt tips are easy to use but the Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen has a very sharp and not so soft or I should call it pliable felt tip which pokes the lid when I try to apply it and it doesn’t draw properly on top of eyeshadows. Though once applied, it is long wearing, most of the time the eye pen goes on patchy which is really annoying and when I try to add another layer it removes the first layer of the liner also. Overall, the Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen is a reasonably priced eye pen which though it looks like it will do a good job, for the long run, this is one to just avoid and try something else.

I always have faced problems with pen based eyeliners in the past…. Nice review… I will skip this too, I guess!

Haha Stri!! Felt-tips are great for trembling hands like mine but the pigmentation is something I hate in these!!
