There are millions of posts that tells you what to wear for summer but there isn’t a single post on what not to wear for summer. So I’m gonna list out some of the clothing pieces that you can sure shot bundle up and store in your loft for a few months from now.
Sweaters are perfect for fall and winter. For summer, opt for lighter fabrics like cotton and chiffon. Crop tops is all the rage this season.
Hoodies are basically sweatshirts with a hood. Keyword Sweat. So unless you are going to an early morning jog or you actually want to sweat yourself inside your hoodie, never wear it.
Boots tend to constrict the air flow around your feet. So unless you are going to wear it in a place that is completely air conditioned, opt for breathable footwear like sandals.
You may think you look stylish in them but with this heat your hair and scalp needs to breath. So unless you want to look as if you just came out from the swimming pool, beanies are a sure no for summer time. Instead try on some cool straw hats.
5. Leather Pants
Leather pants might look great if you’re in the mood to flaunt your summer body but that body also needs to breathe. Leather pants isn’t a fabric at all so it doesn’t give breathing space and often becomes sticky because the sweat cannot be absorbed by the material and hot in the heat. It is better to opt for flowy bottoms like skirts or palazzos aka culottes.
Hope you all enjoyed reading the post. See you in my next post.
Until then stay beautiful.
