Today’s review is going to be the ColourPop Lost Ultra Satin Lip. I had ordered a bunch of products off ColourPop website and I have already reviewed a few of them so I ordered a couple more Ultra Satin Liquid Lipsticks to add to my ever growing collection and I absolutely love their Ultra Satins formula. To have a stunning red in my stash, this went into my cart immediately. So without any further ado let’s get into the review of ColourPop Lost Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick shall we?

What The Company Claims?
Ultra Satin Lip A creamy, bold lipstick with a satin finish. This formula has the same high percentage of pigments as an Ultra Matte Lip but contains emollient ingredients for added moisture, keeping lips looking fresh and feeling super comfortable. Though this lipstick is super long-wearing, it is not completely kiss-proof and does transfer. High pigmentation and a satin-matte finish in liquid lipstick form to keep your lips soft and comfy all day long.

How Did ColourPop Lost Ultra Satin Lip Work For Me?
The ColourPop Lost Lipstick comes in a transparent plastic body with a holographic logo which is really pretty. To the chrome screw on cap is a doe foot applicator which is soft and makes application very easy. The packaging is the same for both Ultra Satin and Ultra Matte range and I find them to be very sturdy and travel friendly. From the 25+ or so satin shades, I got the shades Lost, Frick n Frack, Lyin’ King, Toolips, Prim and Dopey.
The ColourPop Lost Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick is a stunning medium dark red brown shade and these doesn’t have any distinct fragrance to them. The formula of the Ultra Satins are just perfect for a liquid lipstick and goes on really smooth onto the lips. The rich color pigmentation makes the lip color go on super opaque in just one swipe. The lipstick doesn’t dry down to a flat matte finish instead it dries to a velvety satin finish which is comfortable to wear throughout the day.
This ColourPop Liquid Lipstick stays on for around 8 hours and even though the lip color does transfer a little onto cups, there is a slight tacky feeling when I pucker my lips together but the color doesn’t transfer or lift from one lip to another. The ColourPop Lost shade is flattering on every skin tone and can be worn with a variety of makeup looks. It is a great shade to wear when you want to rock a bold yet not an on the face red. The ColourPop Lost Ultra Satin Lip is a great dupe for Kat Von D Nosferatu and NARS Golshan Satin Lip Pencil. Overall, at $6, the ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip range is one line of liquid lipsticks that I will totally recommend and in my opinion, it is one of the best and most affordable liquid lipsticks that is totally worth spending every penny.
