What The Company Claims?
Wish you could have a product for your makeup that’s like hairspray is for your hair? Well…keep your makeup staying in place all day with a radiance boosting invisible hold with our new Makeup Mist And Set. The invigorating mist moisturizes and soothes the skin with key ingredients Aloe, Green Tea, Cucumber and Vitamins A, C & E. The lightweight, comfortable and alcohol free formula improves makeup wearability and prevents color from running or fading.

How Did The ELF Makeup Mist And Set Work For Me?
The ELF Makeup Mist And Set comes in a sleek black plastic packaging with a transparent lid. The packaging is quite sturdy and absolutely travel friendly. The ELF Makeup Mist And Set comes in a couple more finishes like the matte and illuminating versions but I like the original one. The nozzle could spray more of a fine mist which is my only complaint. The ELF Makeup Mist And Set helps with lightly hydrating the skin before makeup, set the makeup in place and also refresh it.
The formula of the ELF Makeup Mist And Set is lightweight on the skin and is alcohol free. It doesn’t dry out the skin one bit and it can be sprayed onto the brush before dipping into the eyeshadow to intensify it. I also like to spray it on my damp Beauty Blender to blend my foundation or concealer for a flawless look. The mist dries in no time and doesn’t feel sticky after which is a plus. It also doesn’t break me out though it contains several parabens in it.
The pros definitely outweigh the cons of this product. Overall, if you are looking for a good and affordable makeup setting spray then the ELF Makeup Mist And Set is one I would absolutely recommend! And it is a great drugstore dupe for the MAC Prep and Prime Fix+ Spray.
