Today’s review is going to be on the Laura Mercier Lip Glace Blush . I am someone who likes to wear lipsticks regularly and only very rarely I use lip gloss so I prefer the drugstore glosses to the high-end lip ones. But after reading good reviews about this range, I wanted to try out this one. So how is the Laura Mercier Lip Glace Blush?
What The Company Claims?
Laura Mercier Lip Glass is a high-shine, perfectly pigmented gloss with rich, long-lasting colour and brilliant shine that creates the appearance of fuller lips. Any skin tone is virtually enhanced by creating a subtle contrast in texture. With the unique blend of moisturizing, anti-aging, anti-oxidant and plumping ingredients provided by the Laura Mercier Lip Complex, the non-sticky gloss formula applies smoothly without feathering or bleeding. Available in a variety of coverage’s and finishes.
How Did Laura Mercier Lip Glace Blush Work For Me?
The Laura Mercier Lip Glace comes in a transparent plastic body with a dark brown cap and a doe foot applicator is attached to the lid. The transparent body makes it easy to find the shade you want when there is more than one from this range. The doe foot applicator makes it easy to apply and the lip glace applies evenly.
The Laura Mercier Blush Lip Glace is described as a medium rose brown shade on the Laura Mercier website but I would call it a pinky brown which will be a nude shade for a variety of skin tones. The lip glace blush is decently pigmented and it is perfect for everyday wear. Comparing it to my lipgloss stash, it is very similar to Tarte Lipsurgence Indulging Lipgloss but at the same time, it doesn’t go on opaque like the Gerard Lip Gloss Plum Crazy so if you have pigmented lips make sure you neutralize the color before applying the lip glace to see the true color.
The Laura Mercier Lip Glace Blush stays on for a good 4-5 hours on its own and a tad longer on top of lipsticks. It adds a beautiful sheen and makes the lips look hydrated and plump. The lip glace is slightly on the sticky side but not overly sticky and has pastry like fragrance which is quite pleasant. Overall, the Laura Mercier Lip Glace range is one of the best high-end lipglosses out there in the market and one that I recommend you to check out.
Would I Recommend Laura Mercier Lip Glace Blush?
