Today’s review is going to be the MAC Strobe Cream. Even though I have oily skin, I love me some radiant glowing skin that doesn’t look over the top but instead something that gives a lit from within radiance. I was uncertain of buying the full sized MAC Strobe Cream so when I saw the travel size on their website, I immediately ordered it. How did the MAC Strobe Cream fare out for me?

How Did MAC Strobe Cream Work For Me?
The MAC Strobe Cream comes in a pearly white squeezy tube packaging which is both sturdy and travel friendly. The travel size is just perfect for any makeup bag and is airport friendly. I have heard getting the product out of the full size tube is a little bit of hassle but this one is a breeze. For a travel size you get 30ml of product which is quite a lot in my opinion. The Strobe Cream is a thick liquid in consistency and it provides a subtle radiant, iridescent glow to the skin without any of the chunky shimmers that most highlighters have these days.
The MAC Strobe Cream can be used alone or in conjunction with other makeup products. It does brighten the skin noticeably and the sheen it provides is like a glow from within. The Strobe Cream from MAC also photographs well. It didn’t break me out for all the times I have used it. If you are still unsure whether or not to buy it, there are several great drugstore MAC Strobe Cream dupes like the NYX Sunbeam Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator, L’Oreal Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer. Overall, if you are looking for a good liquid/cream highlighter then the MAC Strobe Cream is one I would absolutely recommend!

5 Best Ways To Use MAC Strobe Cream-
Apply this right before foundation and after your skincare to boost moisture in your skin. It greatly hydrates the skin to ease the application of makeup.
If you are not in the mood for makeup but still want to look radiant and dewy. Mix this with your regular face moisturiser or serum for a Goddess like glow that will look fresh.
Why buy a new dewy foundation when you can make your own? Take a pump or two of your favorite matte foundation and mix the MAC Strobe Cream. Apply it like you would always do and set the T zone with a light dusting of powder to keep the shine at bay and to glow all day.
If you feel like your powder highlighters don’t pop like it does on other people on YouTube worry not! First lightly dab some MAC Strobe Cream on the highest points of your face and blend it. Then top it off with your favorite powder highlighter that would blind everybody next to you.
If you are wearing a cold shoulder or off shoulder dress or top then mix a little bit of MAC Strobe Cream with your body lotion or apply it alone on the décolletage and shoulders to look like a Greek Goddess.
