Today’s review is going to be the Maybelline Lip Polish in Glam 6. I love my traditional bullet lipsticks but sometimes I try out other types too. One such that I grown fond of is the liquid lip colors. After trying out couple of them like Gerard Plum Crazy Lip Gloss and NYX Round Lip Gloss, I came upon this one when I was browsing through the store. How Did Maybelline Lip Polish in Glam 6 Work For Me?
The Maybelline Lip Polish in Glam 6 comes in a chrome packaging with a transparent body. Although at the first glance it looks like a standard lipstick packaging, the transparent part is the body with an applicator attached to the twist cap. Though not the typical shape, the palm shaped applicator is really nice and application is really easy even if you are beginner. The Maybelline Lip Polish in Glam 6 shade is a berry shade that is really pretty and the texture is really creamy.
It has a mild fragrance and stays on the lips for around 3 to 4 hours. The lip polish acts as a moisturizer too and is really great on dry lips. The finish is even and gives a wonderful glossiness to the lips. I didn’t find any drawbacks to this product other than the color might be a little sheer for some people. Overall for the price, Maybelline Lip Polish in Glam 6 is a really good lip color and I would recommend you to check out the different shades available.
