Of late, I’ve started buying more and more lip creams and lip stains as they are really travel friendly and I don’t have to worry about them melting like a lipstick in this hot climate. This is one of the purchases I had made. So how is the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Istanbul?

How Did The NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Istanbul Work For Me?
The NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Istanbul comes in a simple plastic packaging in which the body is the same color as the lip cream so it is really easy to pick out the shade that I want without having to open the lid or reading the label. The lid comes with an applicator which applies the lip cream perfectly. Overall I love this packaging as though simple, it’s very pretty and at the same time, sturdy and travel friendly.
The NYX Istanbul Lip Cream is a beautiful shade of light pink and comes with a wonderful fragrance. Comparing it to my MAC lipstick collection, the Istanbul shade can be a dupe for MAC Please Me or Chatterbox Lipstick. Applying it is very easy as it doesn’t tug or pull on the lips during application but I recommend to apply as few coats as possible as it starts to go on patchy if you layer it up too much. Once set, it stays on for really long time and unlike some of the other lip creams I have tried, it gives a matte finish without drying out the lips.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Istanbul shade is perfect for light to medium skin tones . With over 30 shades in the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream range and at the really affordable price it comes with, I would recommend you to give it a try. The only major problem you will find with this range is actually getting your hands on it. It’s not available in any stores in India and while you can get it online, the prices are certainly higher :/ .
