Hello there! You all seemed to quite enjoy my collaboration with Anu from Wasted By Fashion. We have done a total of three looks out of which one was bold, dark and edgy while the other two are simple brunch looks that you can play it up or down to your own style preferences. For this look, we styled two different printed dresses as we both have different body shapes and height. I opted for a skater dress while she went with a wrap dress. I have seen ladies messaging me that they want to wear dresses but they were not sure if it will look good on them. My answer for them was know your body type, what you want to flaunt and what you don’t. If you know these 3 things then trying on a couple of different styles would help you know better on what flatters your body shape and what doesn’t! While some may have long legs or curvy hips or great bosom accentuate your best features to look great in any attire. Without any further ado, let’s get into how we styled the Printed Dresses For All Body Types!

OUTFIT DETAILS-

For this outfit, I wore a snake printed blue-black skater dress that I paired with grey-gold duochrome pointed toe d’orsays. I wanted to keep the accessories to a bare minimum, I just added a pair of oxidized gunmetal earrings that matched my dress color and a matte silver mesh watch to match the grey shoes. This is a great outfit to wear for cocktail parties and also weekend brunches where you can flaunt your long legs without any guilt.

Anu wore a black floral wrap dress that she chose to pair with ruffled white heeled sandals. She accessorized it a little differently with a black-grey statement necklace and a cuff bracelet. She completed her outfit with a small white satchel. This is a great outfit to wear for work and also weekend brunches as it is subtle yet sexy and doesn’t show too much skin.

MAKEUP & HAIR DETAILS-

Makeup Breakdown

First, I primed my skin using a silicone based face primer that kept my skin matte and smoothed out any skin texture. I concealed the under eye circles and other blemishes using a concealer and set my whole face with a powder foundation for some extra coverage. I lightly bronzed my skin for a sun kissed glow and applied a matte coral blush onto the cheeks. For my eyebrows, I used an eyebrow powder to fill them in. For the eyes, I lined the upper lashline using a felt tip liner and the lower waterline using a black kohl. I also added couple of coats of mascara on the top and bottom lashes. To add a bright pop of color to the makeup, I added a bright pink lipstick that tied the whole look together.
