Today’s review is going to be on the Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive. I had previously bought the Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Sultry and while I was satisfied with it, I wanted to get a shade that I could use as an everyday lip crayon. After checking out the other shades, I chose this one. So how did the Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm Elusive fare out?
What The Company Claims?
• Velvety Matte Look. Moisture Rich Balm.
• A Matte finish that’s beyond plush. Balm that’s beyond comforting.
• Our Triple Butter Complex of Shea, Coconut and Mango butters nourishes lips.
• In 10 collectible, crave-able colors.
How Did Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive Work For Me?
The Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive comes in a chubby crayon packaging which is also travel friendly. The body and cap comes in the same shade as the product so it’s very easy to choose the one I want without having to read the label. The Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive is a beautiful everyday pink shade with warm undertones which is close to MAC Please Me Lipstick. The lip crayon is super creamy and comes with a fresh peppermint fragrance that while I personally love, might bother others. With shea, coconut and mango butters in the formula, once applied, it hydrates the lips even for a matte formula.
The Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive lasts for upto 4-5 hours however I find it easy to transfer. The Revlon Colorburst Elusive shade is suitable for light to medium skin tones and can be worn as an everyday shade which is perfect for work and school. For a drugstore brand this costs 800 INR a pop which is too steep a price but for the formula I wouldn’t complain.
