How Did Violet Voss Drenched Metal Palette Work For Me?

The Violet Voss Drenched Metal Palette comes in a sleek matte black packaging which though made out of cardboard, is very sturdy and lightweight. The graphics on the lid is kept simple with just a border and the brand name is chic and under the lid, there is a huge mirror which comes in pretty useful during applications especially when on the road. The eyeshadows are pressed in square pans and I can easily pick out the colors using brushes or fingers. The texture of the shadows are smooth, buttery and easy to blend on the eyes. The pigmentation of these eye shadows are so insane that I do not need to use the MAC Prep n Prime Fix + Spray usually but if I want a really metallic finish, then I just spray it onto the brush before picking up the colors.

In the Violet Voss Drenched Metal Palette there are a total of 20 shades, it consists of 19 shimmer shades and 1 matte transition shade. The 19 shimmers is a mix of shimmery, satiny, duochromes and foiled shadows. All of the shades blend effortlessly without losing any pigmentation. The best way to apply the foiled and duochrome shades is to use clean fingers and pack it on the lid for maximum intensity. However if you are in a hurry or if you want the colors to be subtle then you can apply using a flat eyeshadow brush.

The Violet Voss Drenched Metal Palette stays put all day without smudging or creasing and they cause very minimal to no fallouts compared to other eyeshadows I have tried. I wear contact lens on a daily basis and for all the times I have worn this palette has never irritated my eyes. If you love bright, colourful eye shadows and like to experiment, then the Violet Voss Drenched Metal Palette is a great one to give a try. Although there are no exact dupes to this palette it is fairly similar to the Urban Decay Alice Through The Looking Glass Palette. Overall, if you are looking for a good festive and colourful eyeshadow palette then the Violet Voss Drenched Metal Palette is one I would absolutely recommend!
