Today’s review is going to be on the Violet Voss Wasted Liquid Lipstick. Violet Voss recently launched their matte liquid lipstick range and to give it a try, I checked out all the shades that are available and ended up buying the shade Wasted. So how did the Violet Voss Wasted Liquid Lipstick fare out for me?

How Did Violet Voss Wasted Liquid Lipstick Work For Me?

The Violet Voss Wasted Liquid Lipstick comes in a simple but travel friendly frosted plastic packaging with a glossy black screw on cap. As with most of the liquid lipsticks, to the underside of the cap, a standard doe foot applicator is attached. This range comes in a variety of shades and the one I got is the Violet Voss Wasted which is a pretty peachy brown shade. The lipstick is isn’t too runny or thick when it comes to consistency and applying with the applicator is pretty easy. It doesn’t settle in the fine lines and goes on opaque in a single swipe.

Once applied, the Violet Voss Wasted Liquid Lipstick lasts for a really long time and unlike many of the other liquid lipsticks I have tried, it does not dry out my lips. I have worn this when I went for a light brunch and it stayed on without transferring which is awesome. The Wasted Liquid Lipstick being a peachy brown shade, will flatter almost all skin tones and can be used as an alternative for everyday lipstick and for casual hangouts. Comparing to my MAC lipstick stash, the Violet Voss Wasted Liquid Lipstick is a good dupe for MAC Mocha Lipstick. Overall, if you are looking for a good everyday liquid lipstick, I recommend you check this one out.
