How did Real Techniques Core Collection Brushes work for me
If I can carry not more than 4 brushes then my only choice will be Real Techniques Core Collection brush set because they are super lightweight, easy to clean and they can multi-task like no other. They come in a travel friendly case/stand which I do not have with me right now. There are four brushes that come in the Real Techniques Core Collection; a detailer brush, a pointed foundation brush, a buffing brush and a contour brush.
Detailer Brush-
This teeny tiny brush is the mother of all multitasking you can apply concealer under the eyes, spot conceal your blemishes, clean up your eyebrows and also lipstick with it. You can also apply eye shadow in the inner tear duct using this brush.
Pointed Foundation Brush-
I would never in my right mind suggest this brush to anyone for applying foundation. But this brush does a phenomenal job in concealing the dark under eye circles and also to apply highlighter on the cheeks. One can also use this to contour the nose.
Buffing Brush-
This brush is my bae as you guys can tell from the graphics on this brush yeah you cannot see them because they’re gone. It is very dense and soft you can use this brush to apply any foundation from liquid to cream to powder to mineral foundation you can use this baby for any foundation and you can get the most coverage out of each if you properly buff it into the skin. It doesn’t give any streaky appearance when buffing the foundation so you get that flawless base to work with. I also use this brush to apply blush at times and it does a great job.
Contour Brush-
Another favorite from the set is this brush it perfectly fits the hollows of the cheekbones for that sculpted look. It is great for contouring and highlighting. It blends the product like a dream and doesn’t leave the contour streaky.
